Located on the second floor of Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu, Ginza Wagyu Lab serves A5 Sendai beef reasonably priced. Sukiyaki sets feature either sirloin or rib roast. You can savor the exquisite taste with vegetables soaked in Warishita sauce and rich eggs. Steak is available as filet or chateaubriand. The staff grills the first piece and offers recommendations on how to cook it. The rest will be grilled to the guest's own liking, providing a tasty experience to the last bite. The restaurant is equipped with counter seats suitable for solo diners and table seats ideal for comfortable dining with friends. Wines and sake that go perfectly with meat are carefully selected.
