The soba is made daily at the restaurant using carefully selected buckwheat flour, which gives the noodles a rich aroma and a smooth taste. Another attraction of the restaurant is the free service of "refill" of soba. The "Irori Soba Kaiseki" course, which requires reservations, is very popular for including specialties such as "grilled river fish" and "grilled Jyoshu beef skewers," which are cooked over the charcoal fire in the Irori fire pit.
