Jingisukan Eijin Bettei opened in December 2022 in Hirafu, Niseko in the Town of Kutchan overlooking Mount Niseko Annupuri. You can enjoy fresh lamb meat directly shipped from Australia without being frozen even once in a wonderful setting surrounded by nature. Considering its quality, the all-you-can-eat meal option is reasonably priced and highly satisfying. Raw Lamb Shoulder, grilled in a pan they developed, throws out the conventional concept of Genghis Khan with tenderness and rich flavor unique to fresh lamb. They also have a wide selection of rare brands of Japanese sake and Japanese whisky. The restaurant can also be reserved for a private party of about 20 people.
