Kurubushi, welcoming you with its dignified and beautiful wooden lattice, is a Japanese restaurant that has quickly captured the hearts of food connoisseurs since its opening in the fall of 2022. The owner of Tenma's popular Japanese-style pubs, Naka Naka and Sou Sou, opened this third restaurant to provide "a place where adults can enjoy a meal in a relaxed atmosphere." Mr. Honda, who honed his skills at the previous two restaurants, is the chef in charge. The only item listed on the menu is the "Omakase Course," which is available by reservation only. Seasonal dishes are served in the course, using carefully selected seasonal ingredients and skillfully arranged creatively to provide an exciting and delicious dining experience. In addition, the "drink included" style with beer, sake, shochu, and other drinks as much as you like is also well-reputed. Premium sake "Jikon" and "Juyondai" are also prepared! You will feel comfortable in the cozy Japanese space and the hospitality, so go out with an empty stomach and relax.
