Aizu Bukeyashiki is a museum complex where many buildings in Edo Period were moved and rebuilt to make visitors experience the lives of samurai warriors. The main building consisting of 38 rooms is the residence of the highest ranked samurai. With furniture and wax figures placed in each room, you can easily see and learn how they lived during Edo Period. At the restaurant in the museum complex, you can enjoy the local cuisine such as pickled herring with Japanese pepper, boiled cod roe, Koduyu and so on. It's a facility worth taking your time.
