At this restaurant, customers can enjoy service from meat specialists who have continued to place the highest importance on quality beef. They use Oita Wagyu beef, which is allowed to be labeled as grade 4 or higher among Bungo beef. Using a simple cooking method, they bring out the charm of the ingredients. The wine lineup is also varied, with a wide selection to accompany the meats. The chefs carefully selected all the wines, which go perfectly with the meat flavors and cuisine. There are also a la carte items that can be freely enjoyed, and guests are more than welcome to use the restaurant for both special days and daily use. This restaurant is great for special moments, such as business meetings or family celebrations, and dates with that special someone.
